SolarRise is a registered solar panel installation company based in New Delhi. This Refund Policy applies to all solar installation services, maintenance contracts, and related services provided by SolarRise. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment for our services.
1. Free Site Survey
SolarRise's site survey service is completely free of charge with no obligation to proceed. No payment is collected at the site survey stage, so no refund is applicable for site surveys.
2. Advance Payment Cancellation
If you cancel your solar installation order before material procurement has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment within 7 working days. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@solarrise.site or via WhatsApp to +91 755 567 4934.
3. Cancellation After Material Procurement
If cancellation is requested after solar panels, inverters, or mounting materials have been procured specifically for your installation, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total contract value may be applicable to cover material restocking and logistics costs. The remaining amount will be refunded within 14 working days.
4. Cancellation After Installation Commencement
Once installation work has commenced at your property, cancellation is not eligible for a refund of the advance payment. However, SolarRise will make every effort to complete the installation to your satisfaction. If there are quality concerns, please contact us immediately for resolution.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims for defective panels, inverters, or installation workmanship are handled separately from this refund policy. SolarRise will repair or replace defective components within the warranty period at no additional cost to you.
6. Annual Maintenance Contracts
AMC payments are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, AMC fees are non-refundable but the service will continue for the contracted period.
7. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer within 7 to 14 working days of approval. Refunds are issued to the same bank account from which the original payment was made.
